Layers Hair Design Ltd Salon Policy

Cancellation/late/no show policy:

Please notify us of any changes 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee of 50% of the service cost.

 

Arriving late for an appointment may result in a removal of a service or the appointment to be rescheduled and late fees will apply (50% of service cost)

 

No shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

 

Repeated no shows will have to prepay for appointments or will be unable to book any future appointments.

 

Skin tests are required at least 48 hours before any colour appointment and will be re-done every 6 months.

 

If you are unwell please do not attend your appointment, reschedule.

 

If you have a complaint to make about your service, we would like it to be brought to management’s attention within 48 hours of the service that has been done. This is so the correct procedure can be taken.

 

All services are non-refundable.

 

Layers Hair Design reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behaviour to any staff member.

 

Please come alone to your appointment where possible.

 

Whilst we all love our children, please note that the staff at Layers hair design Ltd are not responsible to entertain them. As our salon is a fast pace environment, it is a health and safety issue if they are running around the salon. We also want everyone here to have a relaxing time so please be mindful of others who are enjoying their time at Layers.

 

Please note that the staff car park to the rear of the salon is only for the use of those staff members with a parking permit.
